Services at the IMBC

- Laundry at Robins Cottages next door.
- Provisions at local food stores fish and seafood outlet, and a hardware store are
accessible by dinghy ride or car ride from available members.

- Liquor Store
- Medical, Clinics/Pharmacy
- Lovely Housekeeping Cottages for Rent at Robins adjacent to the marina
- Library/internet and French Cultural Center at La Picasse
- Canvas Repair Service operated by one of the members


- Daytime Boat Launch is available for a nominal fee for visitors.

- Pets of responsible pet owners are welcomed, scooping a must.

- Members and Registered Guests are welcomed to have visitors and must attend to the safety of their visitors at all times, particularly children on the docks.


Members’ Use of Clubhouse
Paid up members in good standing can book the club house for a function (defined as a
private party) with permission from the Chair of the Social Committee and the Commodore.

• Notice must be given to the Chair of the Social Committee or Commodore at
least 48 hours in advance of use of the clubhouse for a specific function if required for members’
use for longer than 3 hours.
• The Commodore or the board can refuse permission for a party/function
without providing cause.
• The club member booking the event accepts all responsibility for
himself/herself and their guests and as such indemnifies the club and its
board of directors of all responsibility for any harm or damages to the
clubhouse, grounds, personal property or persons.
• No more than twentyfive
people are permitted in the clubhouse and deck
area for any nonboard sponsored function.
• No liquour sales are permitted for nonboard sponsored functions.
• Food and beverages including alcohol can be supplied by the member
booking the event for his/her personal use and guests.
• Food and drink is confined to the clubhouse and deck areas.
• Members and visiting boaters must have unrestricted access to the
clubhouse and deck at all times.
• The clubhouse, deck and grounds must be left in the condition in which
they were found before leaving the club house and grounds the day of the event.
• Failure to comply with the above guidelines/rules can result in full
damages recovery from the member by the IMBC, dismissal from the club
and seizure of any assets the member may have the club to satisfy the costs
associated with any damages or cleanup.
